It has luxurious furniture, stereo, tv with satellite and a dvd player. Two hallways lead you from the livingroom to 4 wide bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and wc. Warm and cold water are both available. On each room there is airconditioning, a small fridge and a safe. Two bedrooms have an outside door, one will lead you to the garden the other to the swimming pool. The kitchen is arranged to accomodate all supplies on a european level. A washing machine is available. As well the kitchen as the livingroom end up on a covered patio of 9 by 4 meter. The swimming pool is situated in the garden and is 10 by 6 meter. After sunset the swimming pool is lighted. Around the pool there are chairs and recilining chairs for sunbathing. The patio of 7 by 3 meter provides the necessary shadow. Your host Prabath is a 28 year old man who speaks german and english. He is in charge daily. A houseboy is present in the villa day and night.
