A brand new building and a brand new apartment , tastefully decorated home away from home; our apartment is fully serviced and it has AC in both living room and the bedroom.
The location is very centrally located and is ideal for someone who needs to be located close to Central Colombo as well as close to the business areas in Colombo.
Keells Super market is located right outside the lane which is 4min walk for ur grocery shopping.
The bedroom space has 1 Queen sized double bed . The living room has 4 seater couch and a coffee table.
A child who is less than 6yrs and who dosent need an extra bed will not be charged extra.
The entire apartment has 4G Wifi.
U will be given 6GB data/ week which is included in your price ,anything above have to be paid by you.
The room have the following amenities:

•Air-conditioning- with inverters both in the bedroom and the living room.

No overnight guest without taking the permission of the host.
Early check- in : around 2hrs ,before the check-in time can be considered upon availability and prior request,beyond that ,have to book for the previous night too.
Late check- out: 2 hrs from the stipulated time can be given, only if there is no new guest for that day. beyond that, have to book for the next day.
Safe place for women travelling alone.
Airport drop and pickup can be arranged if required as 22 to 25$ per trip.
Airport pickup and drop can be arranged upon advance notice and the taxi charges have to be paid by you.
If you are staying between 1 to 5 days , though the cleaning fee is charged ,the place would not be cleaned as you are given a clean aptartment on your arrival (cleaning will be done again after the guests depart ) .Hence, if you stay beyond the 5th day( bet 5th to 14th day) we will clean the whole apartment including sweeping , mopping and cleaning of the bathrooms plus providing you with fresh linen and towels. Hence guests are expected to keep the aptartment clean during their stay as you may have to pay extra, for frequent cleaning.
Strictly no smoking in the apartment but can be done in the balcony or parking area.
