"Ampersand", Ellegama, Diyatalawa Holiday Home Complex, is comprised of a Heritage Bungalow and a brand new luxury home. The Heritage Bungalow, contains 2 large rooms with attached ensuites and in the brand new luxury home there are 4 rooms. The complex is enclosed within a picturesque garden with flowers and fruit trees and great views of the eucalyptus forest. Diyatalawa is situated within close proximity to the major towns of Bandarawela, Badulla, Nuwara Eliya, Haputale and is not far from Fox Hill Race Course.
"Ampersand" is managed by an expatriate couple whose aim is to provide all that guests require in respect of food and drink. Our menus are varied and guests can have a choice of typical Sri Lankan food prepared in the traditional manner or Western food is readily available. BBQs are also a regular event on the menu and a sing song around the fire is part of the dessert. Our goal is to ensure that guests have fun and enjoyment to make their stay more comfortable.
There is plenty of parking with driver accommodation available. The golf course and swimming pool are close to 'Ampersand' and other recreational facilities (for example: croquet court) are available. Tours can be arranged to visit places of interest.
